Reservation not confirmed until paid in full.
On completion of the on-line booking form, a reading slot will be allocated and emailed to you. The slot will be held for 5 working days without payment. If payment is not received within the 5 days, the slot will become available on the website for booking.
Payment by credit cards attract a 3% surcharge. Payments by Debit card or cheque do not attract an additional cost.
Cancellation - a £50 administration fee will be levied and a refund of £100 will be made. You must notify us in writing of your wish to cancel.
Under no circumstances will we refund any part of your booking fee if we are not notified in advance of your wish to cancel.
Changing a booking time - we do require two weeks notice in order to change your booking. There is no additional charge.
If you wish to have a friend join you for your reading, Mia is only able to give one of you the reading.
